This requires that you collect from your employees (as a form of deduction from their salary) their contributions for there medical insurance.  It may require you the employer shoulder half or sometimes the whole contribution of your employee.  This insurance/medical benefits will surely be of a big help to your employees especially on health and hospital emergencies.
